Still Here.
Still working.
Short on time.
I wanted to be 7 lbs. lighter today than I currently am.
However, I lost about 5 lbs in April and about 3-4 inches.
This is good- not as good as I wanted, but progress.
Slow and steady wins the race right?
And next weekend I'm running a 5K.
This will be my 3rd one since baby #3.
:) yeah for me:)
more later- sleep is important to weight loss too!
