Just Sayin'

If you workout and eat less than you burn, guess, what....you lose weight. Amazing concept isn't it?

  1. I hope the goals are coming along. Thanks for the reminder about the calories in the last post. I have been trying to watch what I eat through this pregnancy and people keep telling me, oh, it's ok, you have an excuse. I wish it were that simple. I just have a feeling I will be gaining more weight with this one than any of the others and I would like to be in control as much as possible. Thanks for thoughts to help keep me on track.
